We are Neet and Wendy and we would like to welcome you to our fortnightly challenge, ‘Artful Times’, where we are offering a variety of challenges to inspire you to create in whichever style or medium of crafting you enjoy. You never know, we might even inspire you to create something out of your comfort zone and try out something new.

Yes like all challenge sites we have rules and guidelines. We hope you will read and follow them, we have Oyster Stamps as our sponsor, and of course, a winner and runner up will be chosen each month. We may also have the occasional guest designer.

Challenge 66 GREEN and an Important Announcement

We are hoping that we get some more people interested with this simple challenge which is to create something GREEN.  Yes you can do anything as long as it is green, or the dominant colour is green.

Thanks to the five who entered our 'Arch' challenge, some lovely work for us to peruse and we will be combining those entries with the little book ones and selecting a winner and runner up.  BUT for the time being, after the next winner, we are suspending the offering of a prize as we do not think it fair to Oyster Stamps who have been so generous to us since we began if there are only three or five entries to judge.  We will however, in the meantime, still be issuing the Blinkies for you to show on your blog.

Hopefully those of you who have stayed with us will still join in just for the fun of it.

This is Sam's last week as a Guest Designer and we bid a sad farewell to her as it has been good having her work showcased on our blog.  Thanks Sam, you are a pal and we appreciate what you have done and still do for this Challenge blog.  Here is Sam's "Green" (her favourite colour) Design work.

Wendy is extremely busy at the moment moving house but she has still managed to make us a Green page in her Diary Journal

Neet was busy at Harrogate Show last week, is at Newark this coming Sunday and launched the Oyster Blog earlier today and is showing us her Stampbord Brooch which is green although the colour is not showing up quite as it should.

We hope you can join in with us with this challenge.  You have almost two weeks to submit your entry.

Sam's finale is beautiful and I like the non-green-looking green stampbord!
Sad news about the prizes but I do hope you will also pick the winners for the challenges #62 and #63!

A little sad that you are not getting many entries to your Challnges, I am guilty of not participating often, I will enter this one as Green is one of my favourite palettes to work with as well, and the Dt has created great work always.
Smiles:)
Sue
